Medical Information

Please make sure you update the school when your child’s contact and/or medical details change. This is especially important with regards to emergency contact details.

We would like to remind all parents that any medications in school must be prescribed by a doctor and in the original packaging, with the prescription label/instructions visible. A medical needs form will also need to be completed by the parent/guardian and presented to office staff alongside any medication.
